Those Who Shaped and Influenced My Life By Pastor Gambo Musa Johnson Part 3
F.C.S. B.U.K. Staff Secondary School played a key role in my development.
I would go home immediately after school hours on Friday.
But immediately, I got born again, going for F. C.S. fellowship became interesting. Soon I became the Evangelical secretary and latter the Fellowship President. These roles shaped me for the years to come.
The Day I will never forget.
I had gone out for Evangelism, aimed at stopping people from going home so they could attend fellowship, suddenly a brother (Korede), came to call me. He said, " we are waiting for you to start fellowship, you are to lead the opening prayer". I almost sank. It was my first time.
I went through the front door. Covered my face with my two hands but left some space for my mouth. I muttered some words and got out of the stage.
Till date can't remember what I said.
Looking back, I am so thankful. That was the beginning of overcoming stage fright and taking up more Pulpit roles and responsibilities.
I preached several times later and brought light to the students.
To God be the glory.
