Those Who Shaped and Influenced My Life By Pastor Gambo Musa Johnson Part 4
After secondary school, I gained admission to SBRS Funtua, Katsina State. I stayed in Samira Hostel(off Campus).
I would go to mountains behind Samira to pray and desire for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. (I actually didn't know what I wanted, I just felt inadequate and I wanted more).
I didn't know what the experience was all about however, I saw a mention of it in Mountain of Fire and Miracle's magazine.
When I came to A.B.U. Zaria for undergraduate studies, It seemed every believer I met spoke in tongues. I wanted the experience even more.
I went out for every opportunity to be prayed for so I can receive but I didn't.
Finally, i heard about Benny Hinn's good morning Holy Spirit, I went to the F.C.S. Library and was able to get "The Anointing" by Same Author.
While I was reading it, Pst. Benny, mentioned that you can't seek the anointing without an in filling of the Holy Spirit.
I began to seek again, immediately, I felt a rushing wind come through the window of the room where I lay, the wind touched my toes, seemed to press my tommy and I experienced a surge through my mouth. Alas, I am filled with the Holy Spirit.
I spoke in some strange sounds I identified as tongues.
That experience was on 16th October, 2008.
Everything I became spiritually is built on that experience.
